When you look “average” no one questions if you have an eating disorder. You’re not “too big” or “too small,” you’re in that medium category where everyone thinks your have a good relationship with food and you’re healthy. No one wants to talk about the not so obvious signs of an eating disorder. What happens when your disordered eating determines the health of someone else? Is that even possible? Well, when you get pregnant your problems with food will not just disappear. I’m going to talk about my experience with binge eating disorder, pregnancy, and my journey breastfeeding in hopes that at least one person will be able to relate.
