This 5 night retreat includes sunrise yoga, afternoon yoga, daily beach swimming, local Vietnamese food for breakfast and lunch, meditation and Journaling workshop.
Your evenings are an opportunity to enjoy the colourful night life & wonderful food. Share a meal, you choose with your hosts Vietnamese friends.
Daily free time for yourself to do whatever you please (massages highly recommended)
