Hi! My name is Manu and I am the founder of Holistic Thrive.
I’m a certified Health Coach, registered Yoga Teacher, Fitness advocate and student and a passionate world traveler.
Throughout my personal health journey, I’ve developed a holistic approach that helped me find the right balance to feel confident, strong and happy in my own body. I now work sharing this knowledge and experience with other women that want to feel the same way and meet their highest and healthiest self.
