Bookings: All bookings are made via website (link provided below) I will no longer be booking appointments on my end, unless you are having trouble doing so yourself. Please keep in mind that I am the owner, artist, receptionist, creative marketing director, etc. but a mother first, so please bare with me.

Deposits: There is now a 50% deposit required before booking which will go towards your service.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Please use the link within your confirmation email to cancel/reschedule. I understand that emergencies occur, I simply ask that you use the number provided to send a courtesy text so that I can accommodate you the best way possible. There is a 50% fee for any same day/cancellations outside of your 24 hr time frame.

Late: If after 10 minutes of being late with no call/text, your appointment will be considered a “no show” and your deposit will be forfeited. Also, if there are insufficient funds, you will unfortunately be blocked from any future bookings.
