My name is Hope!

I’m currently working towards a nursing degree and working at a locally owned restaurant here in Ruston, LA!

I’m HUGE into fitness and currently am a coach with beachbody!! I’m obsessed with the programs and the variety of workouts for people in any season of life! My journey with fitness has been challenging but so worth it! I’d love to give you more information on it!

I also created a blog to share about my testimony, what God is teaching me, and to help others with anxiety and depression like myself!
