Reschedule: you can schedule at no charge at least 48 hrs before your appointment. If you reschedule last minute there will be an inconvenience fee charged. Please have in mind last min reschedule Can affect the nail tech, she won’t be able to book anybody else last minute and that spot could of be given to someone else who really needed their nails done.
Cancellations: you can cancel your appointment 48 hrs before your appointment , any cancellation after that time will have an inconvenience fee of $30
Cash, card , Zelle & Apple Pay are accepted , however there is a processing fee with card payments . We know things happen and that’s why we have a 10 min late grace period, if you are late more than 15 min we will either cancel or add a $15 late fee if we still have time to proceed with your appointment , the salons hours are 10am- 6pm Tuesday - Saturday if you need an earlier or later appointment there will be an after hours fee of $30 on top of the price for your service.
