I started as a Desktop Support specialist, honing my technical expertise and troubleshooting abilities. 2021 — IAM & IT GOVERNANCE ANALYST 🔒
During this period, I focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT governance. As an IAM analyst, I implemented and maintained robust security protocols, ensuring appropriate user access and compliance. Simultaneously, I contributed to IT governance initiatives, aligning processes with industry standards and regulations.
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR ⚙️
As a SharePoint and Active Directory Administrator, I took charge of managing and maintaining these critical systems. I oversaw user access, security configurations, and system performance, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integrity. Additionally, I acted as an administrator for a GovTech portal, leveraging my expertise to optimize user experiences.
2016 — PRODUCT/KNOWLEDGE/PROGRAM MANAGER 📚
During this period, I excelled in managing a GovTech product, focusing on technical training and knowledge management. I developed comprehensive training programs and materials, facilitating the dissemination of technical knowledge. Furthermore, I was involved in train-the-trainer programs, empowering colleagues to become proficient in delivering effective training sessions. My “BAU” work included: triaging issues across various applications, and improving customer experience through using customer feedback and data to collaboratively implement automation solutions between applications within their CI/CD pipeline.
2015 - SYSTEM ANALYST 🖥️
As a System Analyst, Being in this role allowed me to wear many different hats. Although some responsibilities were a lot more desirable than others, it laid the foundation for the rest of my career. My role encompassed various responsibilities within the IT landscape. I played a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, I collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct system testing, and provide ongoing support.
In this role, I was in the process of re-engineering initiatives within Asset Management and Documentation Management which resulted in an estimated cost savings of 22%.
I was also responsible for analyzing softwares, documentation and archiving on a weekly basis.

A brief Introduction
She Helps Everyone (S.H.E) Initiative, is a transformative force dedicated to promoting sustainable development across multiple fronts. Founded by Onyie in 2009, this NGO officially registered in 2013 under the name "Selflessly Help Her get Empowered," with a primary focus on empowering women and girls. However, with a recent rebrand, S.H.E Initiative has expanded its mission to include supporting men and boys as well.
Aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), S.H.E Initiative actively works toward achieving SDG 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10, driving positive change and making a tangible impact in people's lives.
In pursuit of SDG 1, S.H.E Initiative is dedicated to uplifting underserved and less privileged individuals, regardless of gender, by establishing petty businesses that help them stay above the poverty line. Through this initiative, Onyie aims to empower individuals to create sustainable livelihoods and break the cycle of poverty.
SDG 2 finds S.H.E Initiative providing essential food supplies to motherless babies' homes, orphanages, and widows. By ensuring access to nutritious food, Onyie and her team aim to improve the well-being of vulnerable individuals and communities.
Recognizing the importance of mental health, S.H.E Initiative actively raises awareness and supports mental health initiatives. Additionally, the organization is involved in breast and prostate cancer awareness campaigns, providing vital resources and support to those affected. To address the needs of new mothers, S.H.E Initiative also provides dignity kits to women who cannot afford hospital bills for their newborns.
In line with SDG 4, S.H.E Initiative contributes to education through a scholarship program for children in Onyie's village. Believing in the power of early childhood education, she has sent 21 children to school, providing them with opportunities for a brighter future. Furthermore, through her #techmentorship program, Onyie guides and supports individuals looking to pivot into the tech industry. She has successfully mentored over 5 aspiring tech professionals. Moreover, S.H.E Initiative organizes a STEM program for secondary school children, fostering their skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Lastly, by creating awareness in politics and actively supporting women in politics, S.H.E Initiative contributes to SDG 10.
