I am SO excited you are here!

A little background.....

I was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland (If you have never tried Old Bay seasoning, you NEED too 🦀) now I live in Pennsylvania with my amazing husband and very spoiled dogs Maggie, Liberty and Bristol. I am 27, natural blonde, bubbly and totally obsessed with everything glitter (I have toned down the sparkle a lot since my younger years lol). I love sharing my life with others, bringing them closer to God and most importantly helping people live their lives filled with joy! God has gifted me with an 8th sence of understanding animals 🐾. I have worn many hats in the animal welfare world and even own my own pet care buisness.

Advocating for animals has always been my jam, so it wasn't a surprise when I became vegan in 2018. I currently still do not eat meat but sometimes will eat seafood or dairy products in social settings so I am technically pescatarian if we are being specific lol. Since going vegan, my wellness journey also started evolving. My family and I started becoming more aware of the products we were buying and bringing into our home. We would check labels and educate ourselves on manufacturing companies as best we could butttt.... if I'm being honest, we would always seem to fall back into the easy fast food routine and buying the cheapest products at the stores not paying much mind.

Fast forward to December 2019. My mental health took a turn for the worst and I was not prepared when I felt like my life was falling apart. There were a lot of negative factors in my life at the time that resulted in my stress levels being so high, finding myself sick with Bronchitis for the 5th time that year, and gaining over 30lbs in less then 2 months. It got so bad that I also started having anxiety attacks which I had never experienced before much less even believed that they were a real thing. This was a very unfamiliar place for me since I had always been know to be skinny, healthy and generally a happy person. But I was far from that, I was depressed and felt like I was loosing my mind. The doctors prescribed me so many drugs and medications and told me that I need to start determining a medication plan to manage my anxiety. I was beyond scared because #1 i didnt want to accept that i was having anxiety attacks and #2 i didnt want to fill my body with drugs and toxic medications that would cause more weight gain and cloud my mind and emotions. I was listening to a podcast one day (Behind the scenes with Jeremy and Audrey Roloff) about how they used essential oils to manage their anxiety, stress and sickness and decided to give it a try.
I got my starter kit and made my first anxiety roller (keep reading for Recipe 🙌) and started using it daily. I also started using using oils in my drinking water everyday and began diffusing them every night before bed to help me fall asleep. Before I knew it i was using them without even realizing I hadn't had another anxiety attack. It was crazy to believe at first but I was so thankful that I was my happy bubbly self again!

I cant explain how much freedom, confidence and happiness I have gained since deciding to try these oils. I now have control over my life again and know I can take on anything! It has also made me and my family's life so much easier knowing that we are using oils that are plant based, non toxic and safe to use around our animals. We seriously love getting our wellness box every month filled with essential oils, pet products, cleaning supplies, etc. It makes life a lot easier knowing everything we buy is seed to seal (comes straight from the plant and not manufactured). It has allowed our family to ditch and switch so many products in our home, diet and day to day lives that do our bodies and mind so much good!

My goal is to motivate and inspire others but most importantly, I want everyone to have fun and feel like they are a part of something amazing! I'm here to teach you all that I know, welcome you to the Humble Bee Oily community and share this journey with you.

- 10 Drops of Valor
- 5 Drops of Lavendar
- 2 Drops of Frankincense
- 5 Drops or Orange
*Fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil, shake and roll or wrists, chest and behind ears.
