Carrot Mini Hun Cake🥕
6” rooted in spring joy. Serves 2-4 people.
Ingredients: all purpose flour, carrots, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, eggs and orange zest. Frosting: heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla, salt, sugar.
Directions: refrigerate if not enjoying within the first two hours upon delivery. Best eaten within 1-2 days!
Allergens: There is dairy, eggs, and wheat in this cake. Made in a home kitchen that has nuts.

6” citrus heaven. Now VEGAN🙂 Serves 2-4 people.
Ingredients: All purpose flour, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, juice and zest from lemon+oranges, salt, baking powder, baking soda and apple sauce. Dusted with powdered sugar and rosemary 🌿
Directions: no need to refrigerate, cake can be left at room temperature. Most enjoyed within the first 2-3 days, if it lasts that long 😉

Ingredients: all purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda, sea salt, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water. Dusted with powdered sugar. 🦄
