I am an artist and always creating something, whether it be art, music, a journal, etc. God gave me the idea to create the "Loving Me", self worth journal. I created the journal to inspire, motivate, and to help people to realize their worth, and that they're loved. I want people to realize that our worth is not rooted in people's opinions of us, but the unwavering opinion of God and self love doesn't mean being selfish, self indulgent, treating ourselves, or ignoring our mistakes. Loving ourselves means being kind to ourselves, keeping our word and promises we make to ourselves, and doing what's best for ourselves even if it's something we don't want to do. If we learn to love God first he will teach us how to value and love ourselves and others unconditionally as he loves us. I hope that God will continue to use me to help as many people as he allows and that this journal helps each and everyone of us the best way it can. This is me. I Am. Dijah LeShae.
