Since childhood, fitness has played a significant role in my life throughout my adulthood. I saw fitness not only as a means of maintaining my health, wellness, and fitness level but as an excellent stress relief. As part of my daily mental health, fitness, and wellness, I make sure to incorporate exercising daily into my routine, given its physical and psychological benefits to one's mind, body, and soul. Being physically, mentally healthy, and fit is crucial to the achieving of one's goals, both personally and professionally. It is my belief that living a balanced life means incorporating fitness, wellness, nutrition, and building those PRIMARY relationships with others.

Although fitness has played a significant role in my life, it wasn't until I met one of my favorite and most inspiring fitness personalities in person that I decided to seriously pursue a career and become a Certified Personal Fitness, Health, Nutrition and Wellness Coach; GGS-1 Women's Specialist Coach thus creating LUDAFITNESS1- BE STRONG FIT Lifestyle and THE FIT BLAST Series, a collection of various exercises ranging from bodyweight, boxing, hiit workouts, weightlifting, stretching to cardio based workouts; which I actually workout to and post videos of on my social media platforms consisting of Instagram @IAMDRB1 , @LF1_FITCLUB ( IG, Tik Tok and Twitter Only) and @Ludafitness1( IG, Facebook and Twitter) and soon to be released Signature website/online store and fitness app housed under the LF1_FITCLUB/ LUDAFITNESS1 - LF1SHOP Brand.

In addition, the BE STRONG FIT/Own Your Fitness1 Lifestyle is one that speaks to empowering others, to take charge and ownership of their fitness and health life through the creation of inspirational talks, bootcamps, wellness journals, exercise and cooking videos, sharing my personal journey and the positive impact maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle has done for me throughout my life. It is my goal to make becoming STRONG FIT/Own Your Fitness1 a fun, empowering, and healthy experience that is long-lasting through both online coaching, select in person coaching sessons and guest appearances. The intent is to always start STRONG FIT and to FINISH STRONG by choosing to Own Your Fitness1.

It was my love for fashion and the wearing of funky and unique bracelets which led to the creation of ARMWARE DESIGNZ( Rock That Charmed Life) an online jewelry boutique, featuring the Signature Ludafit1/Armware Designz Logo Charm along with orginal, select and unique bracelet designs that appeal to a variety of styles. I am one who is all about empowering and inspiring people, especially young girls and women to BE HELLA DOPE, in going after their ambitions, goals, aspirations, and to live a healthy lifestyle We all have this one as my parents instilled in me, "Why be average, when you were born to be OUTSTANDING.
