Hi,

I'm Womiye, the Principal Consultant, and I'm so excited to have you here! Congratulations on taking this step into discovering more about yourself and ensuring the people closest to you (your stakeholders) communicate better, resolve conflicts more seamlessly and increase their emotional intelligence.

This is a huge step in the right direction. At Ile Means Home, we believe in a holistic approach to supporting leaders by delivering high quality and inclusive services.

Our approach to training and facilitation ensures content and delivery is tailored to meet the needs of all audiences; it consists of four core elements: Innovation, Challenge, Genuine Inclusion and Participation.

Our method has been tried and tested to achieve desired outcomes and translate client ideas and ambitions into reality; that is, to foster workplace and/or community equity, a shared sense of belonging and confident leaders so the organization can thrive.

I'm a certified mediator with a background in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, International Human Resource Development and Psychology and I'm looking forward to growing and learning with you.

Our Modules

Modules (Sessions) take 45 minutes on average of extensive self discovery, fun and interactive activities. Scroll down for more information.

Building Effective Communication Skills

Delegates leave with a deeper understanding of how to listen and relay information effectively.

Through role play exercises they discover techniques of effectively communicating thoughts, reactions and behaviors in the workplace and their personal lives.

Delegates also develop key listening and communication skills they utilize when engaging with potential clients

Conflict Resolution

Through our conflict management assessments, delegates enhance the ability to resolve conflicts more effectively with their colleagues and with their clients.

They critically reflect on their conflict management styles, discover their strengths and weaknesses and utilize these new discoveries to develop their ability to proactively produce positive change.

Team Bonding/Synergy

Understanding Self Awareness and Social Awareness come with a powerful understanding of how to work together in a team.

We explore scenarios on team building through active group exercises and learn how to manage emotions in the workplace.

Nature of Sessions
We use in-person workshops using an interactive mixed method approach to;

a. Engage delegates and the range of learning styles present through interactive break-out groups, assessments, media tools, Q&As.

b. Create a safe space for self - reflection and critical thinking through activities designed to encourage and enable space for honest thought.

c. Enhance knowledge and understanding through the presenting of bespoke content including both local data and insight, as well as national trends.

With professional assessments, individual, group and scenario exercises as well as role playing activities, we will provide provide a safe space for delegates to convey feelings on tasking conversations they have internally and with people around them.
