Sparkling grapefruit mocktail

Monday calls for... pinkish refreshing mocktail

—Servings: 1—
Ingredients:

-1 big grapefruit
-1 rose water lemonade
-Rosemary/lavander
-ice cubes
-tonic/mineral water

Mix everything together and serve with rosemary/lavander on top.

RASPBERRY TARTLETS

—Ingredients
For the corpus
230g of soft butter
100 grams of powdered sugar
400g of flour
For the filling
125g of cream cheese
125g of mascarpone
some more berries
some sugar (it depends)
lime juice
vanilla husk
For the decorating
Raspberries or berries that you like
Powdered sugar

Okay, so we’re going to combine all the corpus ingredients until well combined and now our doughy needs a 15 mins rest in some chilly place, whilst we will do the filling cuz, time is money you know.
For the filling I like combine mascarpone & cream cheese together with sprinkle of sugar & vanilla husk, then we’re gonna mash the berries & we want that delicious colorful liquid in our mixture. Then we add sprinkle of lime juice. We can take the doughy out now and fill (with fingers) our tartlets forms. We want it to be super thin but also we have to be very careful, we don’t want to break them. We’re gonna bake it around 10mins and keep checking until they’re super golden. After they need to chill for a bit again and then it’s time to fill your tartlets! Feel free to use your imagination, you can add & decorate it whatever you want. And then you can enjoy this super delicious tartlets.
