What better way to start off my page than an introduction! I’m Renée. I’m 30 years old and work construction full time. I have a supportive partner and a beautiful little boy. I enjoy spending as much time with my family & friends. I’m a sucker for beer & burgers. You’ll find me outdoors most of the time. I love to read, drink coffee and hunt.
I have been battling with anxiety and depression since 2015 & struggled with ways of coping. After trial and error on medications I am now currently on two types regularly and have another for those times I can’t control. I have done multiple counselling sessions as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I created this space, a long with my fb page to help others feel not alone. I share all my coping skills I have learned as well as my day to day experiences. Mental Health is finally being a topic that isn’t so sheltering, so let’s keep that going. First step is realizing you don’t want to keep feeling like this. Second is asking for help.
