We created IMYOGI to bring yoga to children of all ages – through playful connection between the body, mind and soul.

IMYOGI is a beautifully hand illustrated yoga card deck. Children along with their parents and friends can participate in a variety of fun and engaging activities to help develop self-confidence, body coordination and mindfulness.

IMYOGI contains 35 cards that can be used for countless activities and games! It includes 30 yoga poses and 5 partner poses. On the back of each card are simple steps guiding you how to correctly enter the pose, the Sanskrit name, and at the very bottom is the name and location of the animal on the front of the card (a fun way to also learn about the animal and geography - all in one!)

The cards are designed and made in Amsterdam by your local passionate yoga teacher Florence Liang.
