Sarah Hayes is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Aesthetic Injector, an Allergan Trainer, and a Nurse Injector at Baylor Scott & White Reconstructive Plastic Surgery in Dallas, TX.

After graduating with a degree in nursing, Sarah Hayes began her medical career as an ICU nurse. Several years later, she found and followed her passion by becoming a Certified Nurse Injector at Baylor Scott & White Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. In 2019, Sarah began working side-by-side with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Neil Mauskar to establish, build, and grow a successful practice. Today that practice has expanded to Rockwall, TX and continues to grow its footprint beyond the Dallas area.

In addition, Sarah is a trainer for Allergan and provides monthly training for numerous practices in the DFW area and beyond. In 2021, Sarah established a professional development and networking group for nurse injectors called “Injector’s Night Out”. Sarah believes in community over competition and hopes to help strengthen the relationships and knowledge of nurse injectors in the DFW area.

Holding her relationships with her patients and their safety in the highest regard, Sarah specializes in aesthetics and skillfully administers injectable treatments to help her patients enhance their best features and achieve natural-looking results. Sarah has pursued advanced training and received certifications in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra and Kybella®. She is passionate about training injectors and remains committed to the growth and advancement of the aesthetics industry.

Beyond her exceptional and artful skill set, Sarah’s fun-loving personality and warm approach result in mutual trust and meaningful connections with her patients. Sarah’s mission in life is to care for others in a way that makes them feel safe, important, and seen. To be able to fulfill this mission while utilizing her nursing license and passion for aesthetics has been the highlight of her career thus far.
