👋 Hello! Let me introduce myself, I’m Haylo!

🎨 I started drawing at the wee age of only 2 years old when my parents mounted a wipe off board in my hallway that I would draw on over and over again for hours on end!

🐘 My first muse, were elephants!

🎪 After seeing a magnificent creature named “King Tusk” at the circus, I was infatuated with drawing elephants!

🐴 That was until I discovered HORSES!

💕 I was the horse crazy little girl that drew horses on every piece of paper I could get my hands on. I would draw the horses I always wanted including Appaloosas, Paints, Friesians, and the occasional Unicorn or Pegasus.

😍My love for horses kept me drawing all through out my childhood, that eventually led to drawing human portraits when I was 14 years of age.

💔In 2007, a mutual friend of mine tragically lost his life on his motorcycle. I drew a portrait of him for his funeral, and that drawing caught the attention of a long time friend that took me to meet his tattoo artist.

✨He offered me an apprenticeship on the spot, and that was beginning of my tattoo profession.

🥇In 2019 I took the leap to go completely solo as a private studio by appointment only. It was the best move I made for myself, my profession, and my family, and I’m happier than I’ve ever been in my entire tattling career!

🐕 Animals are my passion, and still my FAVORITE elements to both drawings and tattoo, as well as human portraiture.

🥰I absolutely LOVE my profession, I love creating artwork for my clients, I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, sharing my artwork with them, and building lifelong friendships.

🚫Because of my passion for artwork and creating photo realistic designs, portraits, and designs, I honestly do not have any interest in tattooing lettering or script.
It’s just not my jam, and I have zero passion in writing, as I am an artist 👩‍🎨 , not an author ✍️ . For that reason, please know I will respectfully decline any and all script or lettering style tattoo requests. Thank you 🙏

My hard work, dedication, and consistency has brought me to a place in my career that I now tattoo designs that I am truly passionate about, I have clientele both nationally and globally. I cannot express my gratitude enough to all of my clients for making my portfolio what it is today, for choosing me to be their artist, and for the laughs, the tears, the milestones and the experiences you’ve all shared with me!
