Reading, dancing and swimming. Those are probably three of the best words to describe me. I fell in love with reading through the Trylle Trilogy and loved reading ever since! I've also done ballet for about 8 years and really enjoy it! In summer, I'm normally at the pool with a book, just splashing around and mabey swimming a length or two. To me self-care and self-love is really important and I try to inspire others to love themselves just the way they are. I absolutely love decorating and aesthetics. I recently tried to redecorate my room a bit into a more scandinavian look. If you want to read more about my accounts and recommendations, don't hesitate to swipe through!
When Wendy Everly discovers that she's Trylle, her whole world is flipped upside-down.This was actually the series that got me into reading! It's a young adult fantasy trilogy. Wendy is a changeling which means that she was purposely switched at birth for another baby. Finn, a tracker (someone who gets the changelings back home) tells her that she's a troll. Now trolls aren't how we think them to be. They are beings like humans, but they are much prettier and they have powers.

Finn is a mysterious guy who always seems to be watching her. Every encounter leaves her deeply shaken…though it has more to do with her fierce attraction to him than she’d ever admit. But it isn't long before he reveals the truth: Wendy is a changeling who was switched at birth—and he’s come to take her home.
Now Wendy’s about to journey to a magical world she never knew existed, one that’s both beautiful and frightening. And where she must leave her old life behind to discover who she’s meant to become…
From Celaena being an assassin to becoming a queen in her own right, this is definitely a must read! If you're in the mood for a long YA fantasy series, with some romance and a lot of action, this is for you. Especially if you love sassy main protagonists!
The first book's description:
After serving out a year of hard labor in the salt mines of Endovier for her crimes, 18-year-old assassin Celaena Sardothien is dragged before the Crown Prince. Prince Dorian offers her her freedom on one condition: she must act as his champion in a competition to find a new royal assassin.
Her opponents are men-thieves and assassins and warriors from across the empire, each sponsored by a member of the king's council. If she beats her opponents in a series of eliminations, she'll serve the kingdom for four years and then be granted her freedom. Celaena finds her training sessions with the captain of the guard, Westfall, challenging and exhilarating. But she's bored stiff by court life. Things get a little more interesting when the prince starts to show interest in her ... but it's the gruff Captain Westfall who seems to understand her best.
Then one of the other contestants turns up dead ... quickly followed by another. Can Celaena figure out who the killer is before she becomes a victim? As the young assassin investigates, her search leads her to discover a greater destiny than she could possibly have imagined.
King of Scars is definitely one of my favourite books. Now, I know I say this with all my recommendations, but seriously! If you're up for some adventure with a bit of stuborn romance, definitely give this book a try. For me, this is one of the best books in the Grishaverse, mabey even the best. My favourite characters are definitely Zoya and Nikolai. I'll add the book description below for you to see.

The folk of the air series starts of with a character named Jude. Jude is human and living in a fairy world, that really has disadvantages. In this world, faeries cannot lie, but that does not stop betrayal at all. In fact, betrayal is probably their entertainment. Jude finds herself spun between the lies and truths of this faerie world, but she's also falling for a faerie prince. If you want to read an amazing fairytale story, this is for you!
Book descriptions:
The Cruel Prince (The Folk of the Air)
One terrible morning, Jude and her sisters see their parents murdered in front of them. The terrifying assassin abducts all three girls to the world of Faerie, where Jude is installed in the royal court but mocked and tormented by the Faerie royalty for being mortal. As Jude grows older, she realises that she will need to take part in the dangerous deceptions of the fey to ever truly belong. But the stairway to power is fraught with shadows and betrayal. And looming over all is the infuriating, arrogant and charismatic Prince Cardan . .
The Wicked King (The Folk of the Air #2)
I have heard that for mortals, the feeling of falling in love is very like the feeling of fear. Jude has tricked Cardan onto the throne, binding him to her for a year and a day. But the new High King does everything in his power to humiliate and undermine her, even as his fascination with her remains undimmed. Meanwhile, a traitor in the court is scheming against her. Jude must fight for her life and the lives of those she loves, all while battling her own complicated feelings for Cardan.
The Queen of Nothing [Hardcover] (The Folk of the Air #3):
After being pronounced Queen of Faerie and then abruptly exiled by the Wicked King Cardan, Jude finds herself unmoored, the queen of nothing. She spends her time with Vivi and Oak, watching reality television, and doing odd jobs, including squaring up to a cannibalistic faerie. When her twin sister Taryn shows up asking a favour, Jude jumps at the chance to return to the Faerie world, even if it means facing Cardan, who she loves despite his betrayal.
