So often we tackle one aspect of our health or well-being without ensuring the rest are in alignment. We focus on training our bodies without paying consideration to our minds. We spend hours in meditation without thinking of our gut health. Each are equally as important and all are integrated.

Trauma, if not shifted out of the body at the time, will be stored, eventually altering our DNA. Each person's story and healing is different and I work with them to find stillness in both mind and body using movement, nutrition, breath and meditation.

How to work with me

I offer coaching across plant based nutrition, movement, breath, and meditation and offer 11 week holistic programs to upgrade your life and help you heal. If you're not yet ready to take that leap, there are options for you to choose which aspects of healing resonate with you the most at this time.

An 11 week program covering all aspects of healing, providing personalised nutrition and movement plans, and 1:1 breathwork and meditation sessions
Option 2:
A 12 week nutrition and movement plan to help you become your healthiest physical self. Personalised plans and holding you accountable
Option 3:
Ten x 1:1 breathwork and meditation sessions to help you uncover your most authentic self
Option 4:
Five x 1:1 breathwork and meditation sessions to ease and introduce you to the healing benefits of breath
