Romell Pate Bey is a Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki Master with a background in Hung Ga Gung Fu and Qi Gong. Given his background, he has a rather unique approach to fitness that merges both knowledge from the East and West. His method of training compliments the dual nature of our being by training the mind and body to work as one. From experience, he's developed his own practice of the unification of duality in our nature by way of training our mind and body with breath work. He states that, "The breath must be one with all movement." This method creates a deeper sense of awareness within Self and promotes overall health and wellness. This system was developed and practiced by him since 2016, and still til this day it has resulted in him acquiring 25lbs in lean muscle mass on a plant based diet and has significantly reduced his stress levels. This Integrated Fitness practice combines fitness with mindfulness. He believes we must not only train our body but also our mind. The principles of the practice are Balance, Compassion and Understanding. He believes through these principles we can see a better way to life.
