In the Quarantine Kitchen

an accidental positivity project

My mom, my sister Kristina, and I started Quarantine Kitchen as a way to distract ourselves from the outside. While everyone began to stay home in an effort to protect themselves, others, and the most vulnerable of our society, our instinctual response was to go straight to the kitchen. We worried about what we were going to eat and if we were going to be able to buy food in the weeks to come. Needless to say, we started out with about 40 pounds of pasta because we were nervous!

Our Quarantine Kitchen community has reached over 26,000 kitchens worldwide and we have shared hundreds of thousands of recipes, ideas, and lots of love in such a short time. "This too shall pass," but we hope the memories and the love that was cooked up in the kitchen during this pandemic lasts a lifetime!
