I’m Abbey

Hi there! I’m Abbey and I’m a virtual assistant based in Los Angeles, CA.

I love health + wellness, nutrition, yoga, hiking, baking, photography, fashion, and of course, animals. I want to help entrepreneurs and business owners manage their backend tasks and never-ending to-do lists. I aim to take those not so fun tasks off their plates so they can focus on what they love doing instead of the tasks that prevent them from doing what they love.

I’ve spent the last 7+ years learning all about the online business world, social media, tech/systems, email marketing and so much more. In addition to working in the finance & entertainment industry, I have years of experience assisting and coordinating high level executives through managing their busy schedules & running the back-end of their business. I’ve worked with visionary CEOs to bring a new level of efficiency, organization, and passion to their business, which in turn allowed them to focus on executing the higher-level strategy required to scale their business successfully and sustainably.
