My name is Izzy. I am a certified holistic health coach and nutritionist and I earned my certification through the worlds leading health institution- Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I came into the nutrition field as a form of self love for myself. I struggled with acne and excruciating period cramps. The acne made me lose all confidence and my cramps made me fear my period and ruined my social life. I began to experience weight gain, disordered eating and so on. I was pretty miserable. I didn’t know what was going on. I approached a doctor who simply laughed and said “it’s part of the female experience”. I was put on birth control at the age of 14 just to mask my symptoms. I eventually decided to stop taking birth control (after 6 years) after it made me super depressed and lose all libido and sex drive. The acne never stopped and even though I approached my male doctor several times, i knew I had to take the healing into my own hands.

Now, after undergoing all the physical and not to mention the emotional healing (and still am, no one is perfect) and detoxing, it is my souls work and mission to help YOU reclaim your health. To get back to YOUR roots and to YOUR knowing.
