From selling out headline shows to supporting international artists, Jack R. Reilly has been a fixture of the Sydney and south coast music scene for years, bringing gut wrenching and heart warming songwriting to many a dimly lit corner. The strength and consistency of his work has earned him the prized support slots of some huge international headline shows, including Kevin Devine (USA) Gavin DeGraw (USA), Andrew McMahon (Something Corporate/Jack's Mannequin, USA), Into It. Over It. (USA) and Tiny Ruins (NZ). Jack has also found himself in good company locally, playing alongside praised Aus acts including Rat!Hammock, Bec Sandridge and Slowly Slowly, and on the revered Yours and Owls Festival line-up.
Securing some strong support from triple j over his career; April 2020 saw Jack R. Reilly winning the triple j Unearthed NIDA music video competition. They produced the video for lead single from his debut album, Blood, which premiered on the ABC’s long running music video program, Rage.
In October 2020, Jack released his long-awaited debut album, Middle Everything, through Lost Boy Records. The album was produced by Jonno Tooke from Aus music heavyweights, Cry Club.
Jack launched the album with two performances at Sydney’s iconic venue, The Vanguard and sold out both shows.
