I am a wife, mom to twin boys and a little girl, dog mom, personal trainer, group fitness director and entrepreneur. I grew up dancing and competed at a young age and I have been through 2 hip surgeries and 2 C-section's. I know what it takes to get back to what makes you happy, feel good and be stronger than you were before.

I found social retail in 2021 and I am successfully helping customers get wins with products and families financial wins that are life changing.
