My name is Jade and I am a spirited special care counselor and youth worker.

I have a passion for celebrating resilience, empowering folks to overcome challenges and cultivating your best life.

Through recognizing my own ability to overcome adversity and an extensive background in youth work for the past decade, I have discovered a natural skill set for counseling. I have professional experience in a variety of setting such as schools, community-based programs and residential services.

Some areas of specialty include: coaching for transitional periods, understanding problems and solution based intervention planning, facilitation of therapeutic activities, anxiety and stress management, lifestyle habits & goal-setting techniques.
