I'm Jaime - I'm a mama of 2, a wife to my incredible husband, a bariatric surgery patient a certified life coach and a serial entrepreneur. I'm on an eye opening journey of health, wellness and living my best life.

I'm obsessed with being a cheerleader for women wanting to be successful. I'm learning how to love myself and live in complete abundance and nothing makes me happier than seeing others do the same.

I decided to become a certified life coach to help other women find the joy I have finally found in loving myself and living my life free from other people's opinions and societies expectations of what women should be like.

I don't care if I've known you for 20 years or 5 minutes, or if we've never actually met. I thrive when I commit to learning about others and teaching them how to gain what I have through my weight loss and self love journey.

I decided to become a life coach after my incredible journey of finding myself and learning to love the real me.

Doubt, self deprecation and low self esteem are so common, especially with women. When we work together my goal is to help you discover how you can become the most authentic, happy and successful version of yourself while also learning to love who you are in that exact moment.

Becoming what you're meant to be doesn't have to only be vision of something you'll never actually reach but should also be a joyful and fulfilling journey.
