-> RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Must give transparent and clear updates to the buyer.
2. Provide quality and excellent services.
3. I am not liable for any loss or damaged items during shipment.
4. Be patient. I am not liable for any delays.
5. I will send a video and a picture of the item's condition as a proof that it was on its best/said condition before shipment.
-> CANCELLATIONS
1. Strictly no cancellation of orders.
2. If you really want to cancel your order, you must pay the cancellation fee (60% of the total amount that you ordered).
-> PAYMENTS
1. Be mindful of deadlines. Pay your order on or before the given deadline.
2. For late payers, you need to pay the penalty fee (₱30/day) from the given deadline.
3. Unpaid orders that exceed a month will be cancelled and you must pay your balance including the cancellation fee and penalty fee.
5. If you have any unpaid items or fees, you will be posted as a bogus buyer/joy reserver and will be blocked.
-> REFUNDS
1. I am liable for a refund of 30% of the total amount ordered to the customer if any of the following below happened:
• For non-transparent details regarding the order of the customer.
• For damaged items during the stay of the item to my PH address.
And 100% of the total amount ordered:
• For paid items that's already unavailable upon checking the order.
• For paid items that is under cancelled orders due to some reasons.
-> SHIPMENTS
1. Combined shipping is allowed ONLY IF your orders arrived at the same time or if there is only a 1 week difference on the arrival of the item in my address.
2. Local shipping fee can be paid until the items are on hand already.
3. I will give you 2 weeks to settle your payment (LSF) and arrange your shipment. All items will be disposed if there is no arrangement after 2 weeks.
4. For local shipping fee, I am not encouraging you to use COD due to lost and opened items.
5. Once the I already handed your order for shipping, I am not responsible on whatever may happen to your parcel anymore. Please understand that I don't control the courier's service.
