Change is happening

A year from now I see myself having lost weight, living a healthy lifestyle! I see my self growing even deeper into my relationship with God! I see myself gaining this humble confidence✨. Even the littlest things like keeping my room organized! Although this is where I want to be I know that God has something so much better than what I could imagine!!!

Fitness/health

As of right now

Right now I’m trying to limit myself from drink anything but water. Staying away from high sugar foods like cake, milkshakes, and cookies (which won’t be that hard given that I don’t eat it all the time anyways!). Not eating out (unless we are like on a trip to Arkansas and I have no choice!) trying to get out and do SOME physical activity! Going to the gym... going for a walk/run... playing soccer or another sport, just anything to get my out of the house breaking a sweat! I feel like if I can make it fun and not so sticked, losing weight can be fun!!
