My name is Jasmine & I’m passionate about all things health, wellness, & most of all JESUS! I love travelling, adventure, & anything outdoors & I’m on a mission to live a life that is truly worthy of my calling & help YOU do the same!

You see, in highschool, I had ZERO clue what I wanted to do with my life. I lived most of my life seeking validation & approval from others & trying to meet other people's expectations so much, that I didn’t even know who I was or what I was passionate about. I almost went to college because I felt like it was “expected” of me, but honestly I didn’t want to spend all my time, money, & energy on more school only to get a job that I probably wouldn’t like…

I mean, I saw so many people going through the motions, living paycheck to paycheck, struggling to pay the bills, & I did not want that to be me. I felt like life was meant for so much more. I knew I was made for more. 

So, in 2018 I took a chance & decided to become an online health & wellness coach. I honestly had no idea where it was going to take me, but God did. Through my journey as a coach, He not only helped me take control of my own health & wellness, but He drew me back to Him & helped me discover my purpose. That is, to help women break free from what’s been holding them back so they can become who they were created to be, discover their purpose, & truly live a life worthy of their calling. & that’s how Becoming You & Team Live Your Purpose were born!

Becoming You is my online wellness community for all my clients to come together for accountability, support, & friendships as we all embark on our journey to become who we were created to be! Our focus is helping you build healthy habits that help you take care of your mind, body, & spirit so that you can truly live a life worthy of your calling.
