Pick-up of items is available. You can pick up your items along with your payment (cash on pick-up) in these locations:

Terms & Conditions
SHOP POLICIES:
•NO CANCELLATION of orders, joy reservers and bogus buyers will be posted immediately in our social media accounts.
•Once order form is sent, it is already considered as sold (to you), thus, changing of orders will not be noticed.
•Make sure that you are 100% sure of buying the items before placing your order/s.
•Check every details you have sent in the order form, because we will not be the one reliable in the errors of your item/s or shipping.
•FOLLOW the DEADLINE OF PAYMENT posted every batch, no update/response = automatically posted and blocked.
•There will be a penalty fee added for late payments (Php 60 per day) if the reason is valid enough.
Terms & Conditions
SHIPPING:
•Once your items are shipped, you are RESPONSIBLE for tracking it. Search for J&T/JRS Express tracking online.
•For returned to seller parcels due to: incorrect address/name/location, new shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.
•If you still haven't received your items for a long time, kindly send us a DM so we can follow up JRS/J&T.
•If product received is proven to be defective, kindly message us via IG. Make sure you send us a strong proof.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
•Aigoo Chingu has the right to cancel order/s from rude/disrespectful/demanding customers.
•Aigoo Chingu is not liable for any delays such as (weather conditions, holidays, peak season, difficulty on access to the location, etc.) and damages or mishandling made by the courier.
SHIPPING
Cash on pick-up (for Gensan buyers only)
• additional Php 30 handling fee - SM Taraballs (located at the food court 2nd floor), KCC Taraballs (located at the 3rd floor near KCC Convention Center), JK's Salon and Spa (Purok Malakas, beside Iglesia ni Cristo)
• pick-up time: from 12:30 pm - 6:00 pm only
• if the customer didn't pick up the item on the said week, we will automatically post and block you
-pick-up time can change with notice

•How long does it take for my order/s to arrive? Usually 7-14 dats working time, unless it is onhand. If it's onhand, we will ship it to you right away on the given shipping schedule.
•Are all items pre-ordered? As if now, YES! But we are always on improvement, so soon enough we will have it all onhand.
•Are all items available? YES, unavailable items will immediately be deleted/put as "SOLD"
"pasabuy" service
•What is "pasabuy" service? It means that we are the one who will buy the things you would want to buy in the certain brands that we will offer, and the price will still be the same with original srp.
•Are there any additional fees? YES, we will be charging Php 50 (per item) service charge ;)
•We will be offering international "Pasabuy" service soon when we will have the chance to go abroad) and there will be a different charge for that.
