I fell in love with all things fitness and nutrition back in 2014 when I started working with an obesity medicine physician and began seeing patients with comorbidities.

Some clients were able to get off their blood pressure medications and even reverse their diabetes!

When these patients came back to thank me was the moment I realized preserving lives was my passion, which has only continued to evolve since.

I always get asked on this one…so what does that mean?! It means I take any project or initiative and manage it all from start to finish – defining scope, requirements, cost analysis, resourcing, timelines, milestone tracking, etc.

Falling into healthcare at an early age helped me discover this natural passion of mine sooner rather than later, I have worked with many clients across the globe in both the healthcare and IT industry.
