Doggy daycare in Hayden Alabama serving Blount and surrounding counties. We offer daycare and boarding, with a home like feel, with lots of room to play! We don't take on many pets so we can focus on playtime, attention, enrichment activities, or any special needs your dog may have. We aim to keep every pet in our care busy and loved to make their stay as fun and stress free as possible. Indoor and outdoor kennels available. We also offer in home boarding. We live on site, so there is someone always here if a pet needs attention.

Who are we?

Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am the proud owner of J's Doggy Staycation. I'm happily married and a mother of three wonderful kids, alongside our 3 furry companions. My journey of working professionally with dogs began during my years at an animal rescue, where I encountered a wide array of experiences—both heartwarming and heartbreaking. In addition to my work at the rescue, my family and I have fostered many nursing mothers and their adorable puppies, helping them find their forever homes right from our own house. It’s a rewarding way to blend my personal and professional life. I will always cherish the invaluable lessons I learned throughout my time in rescue and continue to apply that knowledge and compassion here at J's. ---

Opening hours for pick up and drop off: By appointment only.

Monday- Friday 8.30-12 & 3-5

Sat & Sun 9-12 & 3-4

Please stick to your appointment time as we will be expecting you. If your are running late etc please advise us. If you are late and end up dropping off outside of our opening hours
a fee will be applied. If you require an appointment outside of our opening hours on a weekday (and we can facilitate it) a fee will be applied.

When you arrive for your appointment please call or text and wait. We'll be with you shortly. Exchanges will happen out front or the play yard Coming into the backyard ect riles the dogs up and makes some guests uncomfortable.

Do not let yourself in and do not enter the dog room, yard, or house. This is our family home as well as a place of business, trying to retain privacy, have structure and be able to schedule our days is very important for our family and the dogs here.

Services and Pricing

Must be up to date on Vaccinations

-Daycare up to 6 hours: $20/ $15 for each additional dog

-Boarding: $35 1st dog/ $25 for each additional dog

*$15 Daycare fee for pickup after 11
*Food can be provided for an additional charge.
*Book for a week and get $10 off your total
* All dogs must be social and get along with other pets to join group play during their stay.(All dogs will be temperament tested if joining the play group)

New client bookings require a 40 percent deposit to book, which is refundable if you should need to cancel up until 48 hours before dropoff day and deducted from your total.

Drop off and Pick up By Appointment only
No drop off or pickup on holidays.
Pickup after 11 am will incur a $15 per pet daycare fee.

What To Bring When Boarding

-Food
-Treats/chews ect ( We have free treats🙂)
-Meds/ Supplements (if applicable)
-Beds are fine(we have lots of different bedding options available.)
-Blanket or favorite toy with familiar scents(optional)
-List with special instructions if needed
-Vaccination records if not already sent
