My name is Jen. A busy mum of two small boys, primary school teacher and 500 hour BWY trained yoga teacher.
Inspired by my own battle against anxiety, through the use of yoga and healthy living, I became passionate about showing others how they can flourish and get the most out of their lives through yoga, meditation and wellness.
