Back in 2016 I was at the most unhealthy place in my life. I weighed 260lbs, was not happy when I looked in the mirror and just figured this is the way it would be since I could never stick to loosing weight. Four years later and I have lost over 80lbs through healthy eating, exercise and learning how to balance it all. Im not sure what made me stick with it in the beginning this time, but I do know that once I started seeing physical changes there was no going back for me.
I became a Personal Trainer & Online Fitness Coach to help others feel the way I felt when I started loving what I saw in the mirror. I want to help others become the healthiest versions of themselves all over the world. So here we are, growing my fitness business so I can help others love themselves in every way possible!
