I’ve been on a fitness journey for a little over two years now trying to keep the weight off I gained in nursing school.. it’s not easy believe me, but so far so good!

I’m a busy bee, but I’m so glad I found myself able to manage my online business as well that turned into more than just a second stream of income, but a passion for helping men and women feel more confident + a community I couldn’t be more grateful to be a part of that also gives back. #gratitude
