Hey there!

Meet Jess - wife, mom, & coach!

I’m a nurse turned health + wellness coach who also happens to be a wife and mom. I’m a mega-introverted enneagram 2, self-proclaimed fit foodie, and eco-conscious minimalist. I love hiking, vacations with my fam, and GOOD black coffee.

I’m not just your run-of-the-mill personal trainer. After spending ten years in healthcare, I decided to shift my career from disease management to disease prevention. I’ve seen (and managed) the harmful effects associated with neglecting the body, mind, and spirit and found my calling in holistic health coaching.

In 2018, I was working full-time as a psychiatric nurse at an inpatient facility, but wanted so badly to stay home with my son. I took a chance, quit my full-time job, and started a blog where I educated women and their families on how to eliminate harmful toxins from their lives - this is when my passion for community and educated really blossomed.

Growth and transparency have always been at the core of everything I do. I believe that in order to be the best version of yourself you must be committed to learning and changing- GROWTH. I also believe that in order to grow you must learn the why behind what you’re doing and the truth about what it REALLY means to be healthy - TRANSPARENCY.

Mom first. Everything else second.

When I’m not working with clients, updating their programming, or creating educational content you can find me in the kitchen whipping up simple but delicious meals for the fam, spending time with my kids in the outdoors (kids prefer the beach and I prefer the mountains, but the hills of Ohio are where we spend the most time), or enjoying pour-over black while sitting under a cozy blanket no matter what time of year.

Wellness Foundations

1:1 wellness coaching

In order to achieve optimal health, you must build a strong and healthy foundation.

During our first 12 weeks together we take a deep dive into mindset, stress management, and the basics of nutrition.

We will also build out nutrition and training protocols that are customized to meet you where you currently are. We will make then adjustments as needed based on your goals!

What’s included:

- Initial nutrition assessment & protocol delivery

- Communication with me daily and as needed for accountability

- Access to the team community for additional support and encouragement

- Access to the team mobile app to access your program and track your progress

- Lifetime access to our Wellness Foundations Recipe Pinterest Board

- Weekly accountability and progress check-ins with video updates from me

- Monthly calls with other women inside the program lead by me - think a mix of education and happy hour!

- Two 30 minute private calls with me to pick my brain over whatever you desire!
