Hey you! I'm so glad your here!
I'm so excited to tell you my Journey!

Sit back and let's dive right in! I began my health journey in October 2019. At that point I was sick and tired of being sick and tired all the time. I just knew in the debts of my soul there was something more I needed to do to get better. I was the heaviest I had ever been after having my 3 children. For me it was the choice of a lifetime to change a ton of bad habits I had accumulated over the years.

Fast forward to now, I'm down 50 pounds and feel the best I have ever felt, like ever! I do personal development everyday. My relationship with God has grown astonishingly. Ive learned that the inner work is so so impactful to how you live your life and the decisions you live by everyday. I'm more self aware on how I respond to situations. Basically what I'm getting at is, I am Beyond a Better person now!

So how did I have this massive shift? So massive that I live so differently now? Well here it is, I made a choice to drink ptks everyday. From that one choice, in my life, created such a massive ripple effect that helped me in so many areas of my recognition at the time! So I know you are wondering, what are ptks? They are pure theraputic ketones. Magic Mommy Juice is what I like to call them!

Better Mood, focus, energy, fat loss, appetite suppression, muscle preservation, mental clarity. All the betters that you never realized you needed!

This choice was the best I had made and I'm astonished everyday that I look back and remember how I use to feel, the words I use to beleive in my head, all the things I never thought would change ,

I was limiting myself and self-sabotaging, viscious cycles that are so so easy to do but yet so detrimental to your mental and physical health.
