Jimmie's is a chef owned restaurant. We think of owning a restaurant as hosting a new party every week. That means we do things a little differently. We have an evolving menu that features steaks, seafood, imported wine, and craft cocktails.

We like to drink a great wine and eat Wagyu steaks in our sweats. We wanted to bring that same vibe to our restaurant. So, we offer high-quality food, but come as you are without a reservation.

We are first come, first served. If we are busy, we may sell out of menu items. You can send us a message or call before you come to see how busy we are. Our current hours are 4-8 on Wednesday and 5-9 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Our last seating is 30 minutes before close. We will post all closings on Google, our website, and social media.
