Who am I?
I am a Mama of 4 kids and a fur baby. A wife to my husband of 12 years. I have 9 siblings in total and a circle of friends I hold dear to my heart.

I am also a thrill seeker and a go getter. I love to empower other women to dream BIG, love UNCONDITIONALLY and laugh LOUDLY because you only have 1 life, 1 body and 1 chance to make this your BEST life!

I am also a facilitator of healing/blocked energy using a gentle and non-invasive approach (shamanic) where I can help you shift your energy and remove blocks (limiting beliefs) and manifest the life you want to live.
