Joelee Catherine is an aspiring singer/song-writer from Long Island, New York, and the artist name she goes by is Joelee or Iamjoelee.
She finds inspiration in many places and has traveled to Las Vegas for opportunities, which has influenced her creative style and process. She says "I create art because of the circumstances i have experienced, i feel as if it's my duty to turn the negativity around and convert all the pain i've endured into something positive that can hopefully inspire other people like me. I want to show people that giving up is not the only option. I also firmly believe impossible doesn't exist".

She specializes in singing & song-writing and focuses primarily on telling stories lyrically. She also claims to really enjoy working with other artists who have similar goals and aspirations.

Her musical style is indie but also gives a side of storytelling. She stated that she is motivated by Demi Lovato, who showed her what positivity she may be able to shed along with the pain she was handed. Joelee has been creating art for over 16 years, since she could speak full sentences. Her favorite artist is Demi Lovato and finds their work to be inspirational and finds the artist to be exceptionally open with their fans. Joelee say's she connects with the musical community by writing her story and turning tragedy into therapy. She previously guest starred on strong island radio show as well as appeared on an episode of Long Island Medium where she was able to preform a chorus from an original song she wrote.

Joelee states "When people see my work, I hope they experience intense feelings and happiness. I want my music to be a release and an epiphany moment for people, to turn their lives around.."
