I’m Johnna Wilford
I’m a group fitness instructor & personal trainer, with a passion for women’s hormones.
I spent the majority of my twenties focused on hating my body. I obsessed about weight and truly believed that my happiness was dependent on having six pack abs or an hourglass figure.
Fertility awareness/natural family planning (FAM/NFP) was one of the things that changed this narrative for me. The body literacy I gained from this hormone-free type of birth control helped me stop obsessing over the scale and learn to appreciate my body. It’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about sharing my love of hormone-free birth control with others - because I know how much it did for me. I finally understood how my female body worked, which made me feel confident & comfortable in my own skin.
Now, I want to empower YOU to love your body in every stage, regardless of your body size or shape.
