Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

I am a NASM certified personal fitness trainer and nutrition coach. I’m just an ordinary girl with a passion for helping women gain more confidence in their body with a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition. I don’t believe in cutting out certain foods or food groups, restrictive diets, or going to the gym 7 days a week. I believe in helping my clients create lifelong, sustainable habits that will ensure long term success.

Description of my Coaching Services

1:1 Macro coaching includes the following:

Personalized macronutrient goals calculated by me

Macro adjustments as needed

Google tracker where I will continuously monitor and make adjustments to your plan as needed

My 20 page macro manual explaining all about macros, how to log food, how to weigh food, etc

My macro friendly recipe book with all recipes preloaded in My Fitness Pal

Unlimited access to me via text and email

Weekly phone calls offered as needed

Long term plan given at the end of your program

Discounted price on personal training plan for all macro clients

Online Personal Training includes the following:

I will design a training program for your current fitness level.

Home or gym based offered (however if home based, you will need to have access to some equipment)

I will tailor the amount of training sessions per week and length of each session to fit your needs.

I will take into consideration your personal aesthetic goals when designing your program.

* No nutrition coaching is provided with personal training.
