My name is Jourdan! I am a teacher of 4th & 5th grade students. I LOVE curriculum, traveling, tacos & fitness.

In the near future, I will be leveling up my career in education & life by educating myself further. I love learning new things and pushing myself out of my comfort zone to strive for excellence in everything I do. Last December, I graduated with my Masters, I am continuing to go back to school to better myself & my teaching for my littles.

Although I love working with kids, something was missing for me. In all honesty, the education system is a lot different than what I thought I was getting myself into. I absolutely love working with kids everyday, but all the politics & hoops educators jump over to make sure we are doing right by our students is a lot to stomach. I needed a more positive community vibe from another outlet. I will continue to fight for what I know is right for my students & my classroom. And I wanted something more...
