Is there a physical location for pickup?

No, for now we are strictly an online store. We deliver to you at the comfort of your home.

Do we accept payment in instalment.

No, we do not allow payment in instalment. Please buy the items you can afford at the moment.

Do we do exchange and refunds ?

No, we don't do exchange or refunds. Please be sure of the item you want and the size before proceeding to make payment. No cancellation of order after payment.

How do I order ?

To order please send us a DM with a screenshot of the items you are interested in.

Do we stock pile ?

Yes, we can store your items with us for a maximum of one month so as to save delivery fees. Always request for delivery once you reach your storage limit, any storage period above a month will attract extra charges.

What are our opening and closing hours ?

We open officially by 8am and close by 8pm daily. However our opening and closing hours is flexible because we are an online store.

How do I request for delivery?

Requesting for delivery is very easy. Simply send us the following details:
1️⃣ The name of the receiver.
2️⃣ A reachable phone number of the receiver
3️⃣The address of the receiver.

How long does delivery take?

The estimate for deliveries within Lagos is 24- 48 hours while outside Lagos is 3-5days.

Is delivery free?

Delivery isn't free and the delivery charges are non negotiable.

How much do we charge for delivery?

Our delivery fees are flexible. We charge between #1000- #3000 within Lagoos and #2000 - #4000 outside Lagos depending on the location and the type of delivery method used .

Our estimated delivery is 24-48 hours for Lagos and 3-5 days for outside Lagos this is due to numerous order by delivery companies and unforseen circumstances. Please be patient as you will get your order.
If after the estimated period you are yet to get your items please contact us immediately with the link below.

In the case of the following the customer will be accountable for the new delivery fee.

📦📦Stock Piling : Our stock pile duration is a maximum of 1️⃣ month. Any extra time will attract extra charges and we won't be held accountable for the condition of your item after that period.
