I believe in the underdogs, the mages, and the mummas and pappas doing the best they can and I believe that time freedom is the legacy that will change the world. I am passionate about helping mummas find that time freedom.

After spending 10 years in a DV relationship and then another 10 having to re-learn who I was I have found a passion in helping women live a simple, smooth life with as few bumps as possible.

I home school two children and run 3 businesses so I understand busy and the need for systems.

I call it functional lifestyle coaching, cos if it's not working for you, then it's not good enough for you!
