At JT Fitness, all of my classes are powered by the music because I believe there’s no better way to exercise than feeling the beat drive you forward. Whether you’re dancing, lifting, or pushing through a high-intensity workout, my goal is simple: to make fitness fun, engaging, and something you actually look forward to. No matter your fitness level, you’re welcome here…..I just want you to enjoy yourself and move in a way that feels good for you.

I’m Jarrod Tucker, a passionate fitness instructor and the Zumba Education Specialist for Australia and New Zealand. I’ve been teaching group fitness for 17 years and have had the privilege of leading Zumba classes all over the world, from the USA to Indonesia, Brunei, the Philippines, Vanuatu, New Zealand, and France. Sharing my love for movement and music with others is what I do best, and I bring that same energy and experience into every class at JT Fitness.

I offer a range of classes designed to keep you moving and motivated. From the high-energy rhythms of Zumba to the explosive, beat-driven challenge of Strong Nation, and from my very own HustleFit (a music-led workout exclusive to JT Fitness) to the strength-building focus of Strength & Tone, there’s something for everyone. Whether you want to dance, sweat, or build strength, I’m here to help you move, feel great, and have fun while doing it.

ZUMBA
Zumba is a high-energy dance workout that fuses fun, dynamic choreography with upbeat music. It’s designed to make you sweat while you groove, helping you burn calories without even noticing the effort. The vibrant music, supportive atmosphere, and energetic community turn each class into a joyful celebration of movement.

HUSTLEFIT
HustleFit is my exclusive music-led exercise class that blends high-intensity moves with a rhythm that drives you forward. This class is designed to boost your endurance, strength, and overall fitness while keeping you engaged with energetic beats.

STRENGTH & TONE
Strength & Tone is a 30-minute strength-based workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness—all set to motivating music. Using bodyweight exercises and resistance training using dumbbells, this class targets key muscle groups to help you feel stronger and more confident.

STRONG NATION
Strong Nation is a power-packed, beat-driven workout that combines bodyweight strength training with intense cardio intervals. Powered by pulsating music, the class keeps you motivated and focused, pushing you to achieve more with every session. The immersive atmosphere and communal support make the workout not only effective but also incredibly fun.

WHAT DO I NEED?

✔ All Classes – Bring water and a sweat towel. You’re going to sweat!

✔ Strength & Tone – A yoga mat and light dumbbells (2-4kg recommended).

✔ Strong Nation & HustleFit – A yoga mat for floor-based exercises.
