why I roll

with NEEDLES

Life has taught me that prevention is just as important as the cure. I would argue it is even MORE important. That is the reason I workout 5-6 times a week and eat to fuel my body.

It makes sense then that I take the time to care for the largest organ in my body... my skin. Rolling helps me to do that. Just like the daily application of sunscreen.

What I love about rolling is that it increases the effectiveness of my current #Redefineregimen routine WHILE encouraging my body to do@some@work on it’s own. Your body is SMART that way. It recognizes the microscopic holes as injuries and responds by increasing the production of the good stuff that gives your skin structure.

Why do I even care? Because our body’s collagen production declines significantly as we age. This leads to loss of firmness (sagging skin) and fine lines and wrinkles.
