My name is Tamesha Brown. I am a First grade Teacher. I have four children three girls, one boy and two grandbabies plus one more on the way. I love to cook, listen to music, gardening, yoga or anything that gives me peace and spending time with family.
Since this quarantine I had gained some extra pounds. I was feeling sluggish and my clothes were starting to feel tight. I don't know about you but this whole pandemic has made me take a look at myself and ways to improve my Whole Body. Mind, Body and Soul. I decided I was going to commit to taking better care of my temple. So my "Healthy Me" journey began.
One day I was scrolling on Facebook and saw a post offering a weight loss challenge and I accepted. Once I tried the wraps I was so amazed with the results that I immediately called her and was like how do I join the team? I had already been trying to figure out ways to make a second income and how could I do it from home. Why not?
When this opportunity fell into my lap I RAN with it. I had no experience, no huge social media following, and no support from family and friends! I just wanted MORE! More time with my children, more time to work in my garden, more time to work on my self AND earn money!?! Since I started this business, I have been able to do all the things I enjoy and supplement my income from home. I have increased my savings towards buying me a home, My credit score has increased because I have been able to afford to pay off debts and still spend more time with my family, We have not lacked during this pandemic and I'm grateful!
