This is a Veteran owned and operated business. Being a balloon artist I organize events tailored to each client, always seeking to make an impact on the audience. I try to have as much fun as we can along the way!

I started creating balloon arch's and garlands in 2020 for family and friends to make their events a little bit more extravagant!

I look forward to helping you make your event POP just a little bit more!

Policy's

Payments and Cancellation Policy: A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to place a balloon order and secure a delivery and set up date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the delivery and set up date. Any changes to the order are subject to availability, and must be made in writing no later than one week prior to delivery and set up and may incur additional charges. Payment can be made via cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay or Zelle. Cancellations must be made no later than one week prior to the event, if not the entire amount of contract is still owed to Just a Pop Away.

Delivery and Set Up: Delivery fee is included within 30 miles of event location, mileage 30 or more will be charged $1 per mile extra. Client will provide clear delivery and set up instructions to location and inform Just a Pop Away of any adverse conditions or obstacles that may hinder the delivery and affect the quality of finished balloon decor. After satisfactory delivery and set up by Just a Pop Away, Client assumes full responsibility for the condition balloon decor.

Outdoor Delivery Disclaimer: Client understands that Just a Pop Away is not responsible for the condition of products following outdoor setup. Due to the effects of outdoor weather conditions, wind blowing undesirable atmospheric items (e.g., dirt, leaves, or branches), sunlight, insects and other wildlife, it is understood that balloon decor may not hold up and cannot be insured past satisfactory delivery and setup.

Setup and Breakdown Requirements: We may require access to the location at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. This is necessary in order for the Artist and decorating team to organize and set everything up before the event begins. Breakdown and haul-away services will be provided as part of this agreement. We require one hour after the event to breakdown the decor unless otherwise stated.
